In general

Peaksage International AB primarily provides online services under the brands Millionaire Coach and Peaksage International AB. The terms apply between the individual participant and Peaksage International AB.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Peaksage International AB and the buyer (hereinafter the "Participant") regarding the Services. We only sell to Participants over 18 years of age.

These conditions collectively constitute the agreement that is valid between the Participant and Peaksage International AB.

When ordering one or more Services, the Participant simultaneously accepts these terms and conditions which apply to access to Services made available by Peaksage International AB.

Scope of the service

Dream for Lifestyle (DTL) coach academy:

8 modules of online trainings

Access to closed group (6 months) 

Weekly group meetings (6 months)

Access to 2 live or online bootcamps/DTL challenges during 6 months.(which must be used within 6 months)

Access to the Services

To access the Service, the Participant must register a Participant account on the Simplero portal.

Registration and Participant Access

The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration.

When registering, the Participant may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards. When registering, the Participant must provide a Participantname and password (hereinafter "Login Information").

The Participant's login information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise is stated. The Participant must store the Login Information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The Participant is responsible for all use of his Participant account.

If the Participant suspects an illegal use of the Participant's Login Information, the Participant must immediately notify Peaksage International AB and change their password.

Fees and Payment

Fees for DTL

• Pay in full: €4000 including taxes or
• Payment plan: 8 monthly payments of €700 including taxes or
• Payment plan: 30 weekly payments of €187,50 including taxes 

Use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the agreement between the Participant and Peaksage International AB. By registering the Participant has acknowledged the payments listed and agrees to the terms of payment.
The participant may postpone 1 payments (the first payment excluded), in order to postpone a payment, no payments must be overdue

Adaptations and changes

Peaksage International AB reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the Service. The change must be notified to the Participant no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the Participant is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. If the Participant does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it shall be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are obviously to the benefit of the Participant apply immediately without the right of termination for the Participant.

Disclaimer

Peaksage International AB is a Swedish company that works internationally with DTL courses. Peaksage International AB encourages all of its Participants to always conduct their respective businesses in accordance with the national legislation in force at all times. When using and implementing the tools, services, teaching material and other products of the DTL course in the Participant's coaching business(es), it is the Participant's own responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with the national and local laws. At no time is Peaksage International AB liable for damages for the individual Participant's use and implementation of the DTL course, tools, services, educational material and other products.

Payment

Peaksage International AB receives online payments with; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dankort. Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and MasterCard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website are shown with or without VAT depending on the Service.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: EURO (€)

Peaksage International AB uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Peaksage International AB's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Participant's effort and obligation

1. In order to get the most out of the course, the Participant must be active during the course. In this connection, the Participant must actively make use of the services that Peaksage International AB AB makes available and which form part of the process in the form of advice, guidance, workshops, tools, etc.
2. The Participant is responsible for using the services included and made available in the course in practice.
3. The Participant is responsible for achieving his or her own goals and is responsible for progressing both during and after the course.
4. In the shared Facebook groups, special group rules apply which are stated upon entry to the Facebook group. The Participant is obliged to comply with these and behave accordingly and is aware that failure to comply with the group rules in the individual shared Facebook groups may mean exclusion from one or more of these groups. If the Participant should be excluded from one or more common Facebook groups, this does not affect the Participant's access to teaching material, group meetings and help via e-mail, as well as any additional services listed under the purchased product. The Participant does not have the right to access Facebook groups if conditions are not met.

Information obligation

1. During the time of use of the Services and/or during an active payment commitment, the User must, in the event of a change in company status (e.g. deactivation of the business), notify Peaksage as soon as the change has taken place.
2. In a case where the User's company's VAT number is changed and/or deactivated during the time of use of the Services and/or during an active payment commitment, the User must notify Peaksage as soon as the change has taken place.
3. During the time of use of the Services and/or during an active payment commitment, the User must inform Peaksage in the case where the registered payment card (used to pay for Peaksage's services) is not linked to the User's registered company.
4. During the time of use of the Services and/or during an active payment commitment, the User must inform Peaksage if the User is not a signatory for the company that was registered when purchasing and using Peaksage's services.

Repayment of started course

• After the start of the course, there is no possibility of a full or partial refund for the course.
• The Participant starts a course when the Participant gets onboarded, has the first strategy conversation, access to the Facebook group or has accessed the online course. If these times do not coincide, the time when the Participant starts a course will be the earliest of the four times mentioned.

Right of withdrawal

• There is no right of withdrawal from this contract, unless otherwise agreed or stated in Peaksage International AB order.

Money Back Guarantee

• We offer a money back guarantee if the Participant do not hit €10K in contracted sales at the end of the program. 
• To use the money back guarantee the Participant must complete and implement the course. This means complete and implement all the trainings and exercises. Participate actively in our weekly meetings and events to get the help and support.
• Alternatively the Participant can decide to stay in the program till they hit €10K in revenue (no conditions)
  
  (The guarantees expires if the Participant does not follow their payment plan)
  

Intellectual Property (IP)

• All the material that is reviewed on the online course, at bootcamps or any other events and in group calls may not be used in any other context without prior written consent from authorized personnel at Peaksage International AB.The trainings in DTL is for personal use only and may not be taught to others.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to any third party, they are only to be registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time. This is done by contacting Peaksage International AB directly.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Peaksage International AB, we need the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
  
• VAT (if registered business)

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver course material to you.

The personal information is registered with Peaksage International AB.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your expressed consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of Peaksage International AB have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Peaksage International AB, you always have the right to object to the registration.

You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to clients@themillionairecoaches.com

2. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, see the instructions Cookies and Privacy Policy on webpages.

Log statistics

1. We use log statistics on webpages, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc.
2. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Peaksage International AB's website.

Marketing

• All group events are filmed or recorded digitally, the material can be used for future promotion and marketing.

Teaching material

• All group events are filmed or recorded digitally, the material can be used for future public teaching.

Termination of contract

The contract can not be terminated before full payment has been done.

Late payment

1. If the Participant is more than 48 hours behind on a payment, the following steps will be taken:
2. The Participant's access to the program on Simplero is being temporarily closed until the payment has been made.
3. If there are further delays, the Participant will be excluded from participation in meetings and events until payment has been made.
   If any agreement has not been made between the Participant and Peaksage International AB, the invoice will be sent to  a debt collector for further processing. 

Pause contract

• A pause to this contract can be issued due to health or medical circumstances, in case the Participant will pause the contract, a valid medical note from a doctor needs to be presented to Peaksage International AB.

Place of jurisdiction

1. Any disputes are initially sought to be resolved via dialogue between the 2 parties.
2. Peaksage International AB only delivers services for businesses, therefore disputes arising between Peaksage International AB and the Participant are subject to Swedish law with jurisdiction in the jurisdiction of Malmö, Sweden, where Peaksage International AB has its head office.
