2. In general

Peaksage Danmark AB primarily provides online services under the brands Millionaire Coach and Peaksage Danmark AB. The terms apply between the individual participant and Peaksage Danmark AB AB.

These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Peaksage Danmark AB and the buyer (hereinafter the "Participant") regarding the Services. We only sell to Participants over 18 years of age.

These conditions collectively constitute the agreement that is valid between the Participant and Peaksage Danmark AB.

When ordering one or more Services, the Participant simultaneously accepts these terms and conditions which apply to access to Services made available by Peaksage Danmark AB.

3. Scope of the service

Dream for Lifestyle (DTL) coach academy:

6 modules of online training

Access to closed group (6 months) 

Weekly group discussions (6 months)

Access to 2 live or online boot camps/DTL challenges for 6 months.(which must be used within 6 months)

The Participant can only participate in the boot camp/DTL challenge when the Participant has paid for the entire course or follows his payment plan

Guarantee: €10.000 or 100.000DKK (ex VAT) in total sales or you have free access to DTL until you reach it.

(The guarantee expires if you do not follow the program, do not report sales, do not attend the meetings, or if the Participant does not follow their payment plan)

4. Access to the Services

In order to access the Service, the Participant must register a Participant account on the Simplero portal.

5. Registration and Participant access

The Participant is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration.

When registering, the Participant may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards. When registering, the Participant must provide a Participantname and password (hereinafter "Login Information").

The Participant's login information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise is stated. The Participant must store the Login Information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to it. The Participant is responsible for all use of his Participant account.

If the Participant suspects illegal use of the Participant's Login Information, the Participant must immediately notify Peaksage Danmark AB and change their password.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for DTL

Pay in full: €3200 or 24.000DKK

or payment plan:
12 monthly payments of €295 or 2.200DKK

Bonus for full payment at the start of the course: 12 months (does not apply when paying with a payment plan)

Bonus for full payment at the start of the course: 12 (does not apply when paying with a payment plan)

Bonus for full payment at the start of the course: 2 extra events (bootcamps or challenges) (does not apply when paying with a payment plan)

Use of the Service must be paid in accordance with the agreement between the Participant and Peaksage Danmark AB. By registering the Participant has acknowledged the payments listed and agrees to the terms of payment.
The participant may postpone 2 payments (the first payment excluded), in order to postpone a payment, no payments must be overdue

7. Adaptations and changes

Peaksage Danmark AB reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the Service. The change must be notified to the Participant no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the Participant is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. If the Participant does not cancel the subscription before the change takes effect, it shall be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are obviously to the benefit of the Participant apply immediately without the right of termination for the Participant.

8. Disclaimer

Peaksage Danmark AB is a Swedish company that works internationally with DTL courses. Peaksage Danmark AB encourages all of its Participants to always conduct their respective businesses in accordance with the national legislation in force at all times. When using and implementing the tools, services, teaching material and other products of the DTL course in the Participant's coaching business(es), it is the Participant's own responsibility at all times to ensure compliance with the national and local laws. At no time is Peaksage Danmark AB liable for damages for the individual Participant's use and implementation of the DTL course, tools, services, educational material and other products.

9. Payment

Peaksage Danmark AB receives online payments with; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dankort. Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and MasterCard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website are shown with or without VAT depending on the Service.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Peaksage Danmark AB AB uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information

SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Peaksage DanmarkAB's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

10. Participant's effort and obligation

In order to get the most out of the course, the Participant must be active during the course. In this connection, the Participant must actively make use of the services that Peaksage Danmark AB AB makes available and which form part of the process in the form of advice, guidance, workshops, tools, etc.

The Participant is responsible for using the services included and made available in the course in practice.

The Participant is responsible for achieving his or her own goals and is responsible for progressing both during and after the course.

In the shared Facebook groups, special group rules apply which are stated upon entry to the Facebook group. The Participant is obliged to comply with these and behave accordingly and is aware that failure to comply with the group rules in the individual shared Facebook groups may mean exclusion from one or more of these groups. If the Participant should be excluded from one or more common Facebook groups, this does not affect the Participant's access to teaching material, group meetings and help via e-mail, as well as any additional services listed under the purchased product. The Participant does not have the right to access Facebook groups if conditions are not met.

11. Repayment of started course

After the start of the course, there is no possibility of a full or partial refund for the course.

The Participant starts a course when the Participant starts the onboarding, has the first strategy conversation, access to the Facebook group or has accessed the online course. If these times do not coincide, the time when the Participant starts a course will be the earliest of the four times mentioned.

12. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal from this contract, unless otherwise agreed or stated in Peaksage Danmark AB order.

13. Intellectual Property (IP)

All the material that is reviewed on the online course, at bootcamps or any other events and in group calls may not be used in any other context without prior written consent from authorized personnel at Peaksage DanmarkAB.The trainings in DTL is for personal use only and may not be taught to others.

14. Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to any third party, they are only to be registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time. This is done by contacting Peaksage Danmark AB directly.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Peaksage Danmark AB, we need the following information:

• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver course material to you.

The personal information is registered with Peaksage Danmark AB.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your expressed consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of Peaksage Danmark AB have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.

As registered with Peaksage Danmark AB, you always have the right to object to the registration.

You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to kundeservice@Peaksage Danmark AB.dk

15. Cookies

Cookies are used on webpages with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy and relevant as possible for a Participant.

You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, see the instructions Cookies and Privacy Policy on webpages.

16. Log statistics

We use log statistics on webpages, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc.

The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing Peaksage Danmark AB's website.

17. Marketing

All group events are filmed or recorded digitally, the material can be used for future promotion and marketing.

18. Teaching material

All group events are filmed or recorded digitally, the material can be used for future public teaching.

19. Termination of contract

The contract can only be broken by paying at least €2000 or 15.000DKK and is not accepted if the participant is late or not following the payment plan.

No money will be returned to the Participant in case of the Participant breaking the contract.

20. Late payment

If the Participant is more than 48 hours behind on a payment, the following steps will be taken:

The Participant's access to the program on Simplero is being temporarily closed until the payment has been made.

If there are further delays, the Participant will be excluded from participation in meetings and events until payment has been made.
If any agreement has not been made between the Participant and Peaksage Danmark AB, the invoice will be sent to a debt collector for further processing. 

21. Pause contract

A pause to this contract can be issued due to health or medical circumstances, in case the Participant will pause the contract, a valid medical note from a doctor needs to be presented to Peaksage Danmark AB.

22. Place of jurisdiction

Any disputes are initially sought to be resolved via dialogue between the 2 parties.

Peaksage Danmark AB only delivers services for businesses, therefore disputes arising between Peaksage Danmark AB and the Participant are subject to Swedish law with jurisdiction in the jurisdiction of Malmö, Sweden, where Peaksage Danmark AB has its head office.
